It is estimated that the construction of a 2 * 15 MW biomass power plant , the annual consumption of 250,000 tons of straw , to farmers income 50 million yuan ; could be generating 240 million kwh , 220,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions , and profits 3500 million.
